8” CBN GrindingWheel
With the 8" CBN GrindingWheels you won't have to worry about dressing or shap-
ing like typical aluminum oxide wheels. These wheels don't wear! The CBN wheels
are machined from solid steel and are bonded with Cubic Boron Nitride (CBN).
Use the CBN wheels for any sharpening projects, including; turning tools, chisels,
plane irons and more. With the Ron Brown's Best 8" CBN Grinding Wheels you will
achieve a super fine, sharp edge with polished bevel on either hardened tool steel
or carbide. The CBN GrindingWheel comes in 80 & 180 Grit 8" x 1-1/2' width & 5/8"
side sharpening and the bore opening is 5/8" in diameter. Please Note that CBN
Grinding Wheels are designed to be used to sharpen hardened Steel or Carbide.
Sharpening non-heat treated steel, aluminum or other soft metals will damage the

Jig
Uniform reconditioning of your wheels is as simple as placing our Diamond Grit
Wheel Dresser on the tool rest of your bench grinder and contacting the rotating
grinding wheel. Unlike single point dressing tools, this wheel dresser has a dressing
surface area that is 1/2" wide by 1-3/4" long and has .36 grit diamond chips for fast
resurfacing or shaping of the wheel. The flat head of the wheel dresser produces
a uniform surface on your bench grinding wheel which helps you produce great
sharpening results.The wheel dresser has a knurled shaft &measures 45⁄8" in length.
