Featherboard Locking Kit
The perfect accessory kit for attaching featherboards, hold-downs or virtually any
type of jig you can think of to your table saw, router table, or any tool with a standard
3/4” x 3/8” miter gauge slot. The fixture kit works by applying outward pressure to
the “walls” of the miter gauge slot. The “wedge” bolts push up into center counter
sunk hole in the miter bar as they are tightened with the star knob, which pushes
the center of the miter bar outward producing a nice tight fit. 2 ea. 4½" long miter
bars, 2 ea. star knobs, 2 ea. wedge bolts and 2 ea. washers included with this kit.

found it quite handy to lock all types of featherboards onto table saws, router tables
and band saws. The t-bar will fit any 3/4" x 3/8" miter t-slot groove or our standard

A key Component for any safety conscious woodworker, featherboards apply ad-
justable pressure to your stock and allow your wood to slide through the blade or
bit, at the same time - they have reverse angle teeth that will keep the stock from
kicking back. Each style of our featherboards come with standard 1/4”x 20 knobs
and bolts which fit most fences with track built in. Each one of the featherboard
kits comewith expandable bars (1140) that fit firmly into your tablesaw, bandsaw
or router table (3/4”wide x 3/8”deep) miter gauge slot. Once you have attached
the featherboard to the bars & placed the bars into the miter slot, turn the knob
clockwise until bars hold firm. Or purchase the jig and fixture kit separately
(1140) to build your own attachments, which are excellent for securing feather
boards, hold-downs, and special jigs to your table saw, router table, disc sander,
or any other tool with a standard 3/4”wide x 3/8”deep miter gauge slot.

This dual pressure featherboard has fingers of different widths on opposite sides
that allow the user to apply just the right amount of pressure to hold a board firmly
against a fence.The featherboard is constructed of high impact ABS plastic and uses
two unique fasteners to lock it in place in 3/4" x 3/8"T-slot miter track.TheT-Slot nuts
can be removed to use the standard 1/4-20 bolts in different style T-Tracks. There is
6-1/2" of adjustability toward or away from the fence for a perfect fit every time.
