EZ Set Router Bit Set Up Tool
The easy set has eight different profiles built right in.
Set-up the height of a 45° lock miter bit, glass panel
cope, raised panel, reversible glue joint, drawer lock,
baby lock miter, 22½° lock miter and the raised panel
cope bit. Set the height of the easy set by rotating the
dial - turning the dial all the way to left (counter clock-
wise) "zero's" the unit. Turning it to the right raises the
easy set, each click or mark on the easy set represents
1/128". Once the unit is "zeroed" out you simply turn
the easy set clockwise to the thickness stock you are
milling, slide the easy set to the router bit profile and
raise or lower the bit until you have a match.
