The easy way to install glass in cabinet doors, quickly and securely! The Freud Glass
Panel Molding stays flexible for easy installation. Simply place your door frame face
down on smooth flat surface. Carefully place the glass in the frame. With a knife or
scissors cut a miter on the end of the Plastic Panel Molding. Starting at one end,
work the molding into the frame slot. Once the end is reached, cut a matching mi-
ter. The Panel Molding fits .130" to .145" frame grooves.

Glass Panel Molding
Easily cut repetitive flutes to add some flair to columns, moldings, or even furniture
parts. Flutes can be very eye catching additions to most any project, but they can
also be very trying at times. Our fluting jig makes it simple by allowing you to rout
clean, evenly spaced flutes every single time. Built in rails under the jig keep the jig
level, allowing it to slide along your work piece that can be up to 8”in width. Mount
your router to the acrylic base that comes with the jig. Once mounted, the router
slides laterally on the jig to rout out as many flutes as you need!

Coping Sled
When making difficult narrow cross-grain rail cuts, the coping sled jig holds your
material in place. Align your material flush with the edge of the sled and clamp
it into place with the toggle clamp. Abrasive strips mounted to the base hold the
piece in place. Run the jig along your fence until you cut through the HDPE plastic
block, this creates a zero clearance, which prevents tear out. Large Toggle with 500
lbs of holding pressure secures stock. A friction strip resists stock movement. Ergo-
nomic handle provides comfort & control during the cutting process.
