Replace, your old worn out router base plate with this heavy duty aluminum router
base plate. The Aluminum Router Plate is pre-drilled to fit the most common rout-
ers on the market. Two snap-in insert rings for various size router bits and all the
necessary hardware is included. The plate measures 6½” x ¼” . The Snap-in Rings
are interchangeable for easy transitions between multiple router applications.
Hardware is included to mount the plate to most any 1 to 1½ HP router. The center
(small) ring accepts a standard Porter Cable size guide bushing. The plate fits the

Upgrade your router
guide bushings.
By closing up the opening in the base of your router tomatch the diameter of small-
er bits, you will reduce the risk of getting small pieces of wood between the bit and
the plate opening. This lessens the chance of kick back while running your router.
The bushings also provide support for smaller workpieces, increase dust collection
efficiency and also help reduce tear-out. This convenient set comes with seven dif-
ferent size bushings with openings of: 5/32", 9/32", 13/32", 17/32", 21/32", 25/32",
29/32" and two locking nuts. The bushings will fit router bases or router table in-
serts with a standard 1-3/8” diameter - recessed opening that accepts template
guide bushings. Each bushing will accept a router bit that is at least 1/32” smaller
than the bushing size. Example: the 5/32”bushing will accept a 1/8”router bit.

Template Bushing Guide Kit
Router Bushing guides are used for following
templates for things like letter making, signs,
dovetails or most anything where patterns
or templates are used. Bushings fit router
bases or router table inserts with a standard
1-3/8” diameter - recessed opening that ac-
cepts template guide bushings. Note: You
will need a bushing lock ring (sold separately) for
proper use of these guide bushings.
This 10 piece kit is for template controlled operations such
as dovetailing, stair routing, hinge butt routing, omni-jig
template, lock face routing and other template opera-
tions. Template guides can be used directly with any router
having a base plate with a 1-3/8” dia. center hole. The kit
contains one 2-11/16”OD adapter with 4 holes (for Freud &
most Makita routers), 2 lock nuts and 7 different template
guides (5/16”, 3/8”, 7/16”, 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4”, and 51/64”OD)
