Scuff and Buff Balls
Mirlon Total is more open and more flexible. The
strengthened fibers make Mirlon Total strong
and long-lasting. The product produces a
dense scratch pattern and rapid result when
sanding. The dense scratch pattern reduces
the tension in the surface, which ensures a
good result when finishing. Mirlon Total is mainly
used for matting of hard-to-reach areas prior to finish-
ing. It is also used when feathering out, removing over-
spray in a blending zone and for spot repairs.

NewWave Sanding Discs
A non-aggressive finishing system. The
wavy edge of these sanding discs elimi-
nates the ridges frequently caused by
round discs while producing an excellent
finish. "Fingers" around the disc gently
blend surfaces in trouble areas where sta-
tionary sanding is required. Wave Interface
pads support the entire surface of the disc
by matching the profile of the disc (sold sepa-
rately). Sold in a packages of 10. Designed for
use with contour bowl sanding mandrels
(sold separately). All discs are hook & loop.

Contour Bowl Sanders
Used by bowl turners and by turners who
need to smooth out small details on con-
toured surfaces. The hook and loop discs
are specially coated to resist loading. The
body is made of a full resin composite ma-
terial to stand up to repeated heavy use.
The bowl sanders come in 3 different sizes:
1”, 2”, and 3”. The master bowl sander kit in-
cludes all 3 mandrels and 1 of ea. grit disc
for each size mandrel.
Micromesh 2” Soft Touch Abrasive Pads
Sand with the Micro Mesh Soft Touch
Pads and get a remarkable hi-gloss,
scratch free shine on your plastic or
C/A coated pen blanks. Works great on
surfaces that include stabilized woods,
acrylics and solid surface materials. The
kit includes color coded foam backed
abrasive pads ranging from 1500 to
12,000 grit and detailed instructions.
The 9 Pack of Micro-Mesh sanding pads
include: 1 ea. 1500, 1800, 2400, 3200,
3600, 4000, 6000, 8000, and 12000 grit
pad. The 18 Pack of Micro-Mesh sand-
ing pads include: 2 ea. 1500, 1800,
2400, 3200, 3600, 4000, 6000, 8000, and
12000 grit pad
The Scuff & Buff Balls take the rigorous work out of hand sanding your woodwork-
ing or wood turning projects. TheWavy-Edge Scuff & Buff Ball is made of individual
layers of non-woven material with the patented wavy-edge design. The wavy-edge
layers are assembled and compressed into a ball, which is thenmounted on a 3-1/2"
long drive shaft for use with power tools. The wavy-edge allow the ball to reach
into tight spaces, with an overall ball shape that conforms to the work piece, with
versatility and flexibility. The Material allows highly efficient airflow, resist clogging
and are easily cleanedwithwater or compressed air. Replacements available online.

This Self Aligning Bowl sander is powered by applying it’s rotat-
ing sanding head to the stock at an angle to start it rotating. The
advantage of this bowl sander is that the rotating head does not
leave straight abrasive marks on the work and the adjustable 2”
head can be positioned in hard to reach areas. This helps keep
the sanding head in contact with your bowl at all times. Perfect
for small and large bowls as well as hard or soft woods. Can be
used on the inside or outside of the bowl you are sanding. The
system comes with 10 assorted 2" Sanding discs.
