Detail Sanders
Sanding sticks and twigs consist of abrasive paper
laminated to foam and plastic center creating a rigid
tool for hand finishing. The narrow shape allows
sanding in hard to get to places. The sanding sticks
are available in packs of two in fine, medium and
coarse grits, while the sanding twigs come in assorted
20 packs with a variety of grits. Please note that the
actual colors of the sticks & twigs may vary from the
images shown above.

The Sanding File works like a normal file does, only
it uses sandpaper instead of a metal abrasive. This
allows you to sand areas that are hard to reach with
bulky sanding blocks. It has a clip system that easily
accepts the sandpaper strips. The file works with 1"
wide strips which can be cut from a 9"x11" sheet or
you can use the 1" wide refill rolls found on page 8.
The Sanding File comes with 1 ea. 80, 120, 160, and
240 pre-cut strips.

The Sand Devil™ is a quick change manual sanding
tool that delivers power tool results with hand sand-
ing precision by using a 3" x 21" sanding belt instead
of the traditional sheets. Most woodworkers trying
to sand a flat, angled, curved or edged surface cut
a piece of a 9 x 11 sand paper and wrap it around a
wooden or rubber sanding block. The problem is, the
sandpaper still isn't tight enough, it creases, it tears
and wears out to easily. The Sand Devil will allow you
to rotate the belt to use the cleanest part of the belt.
