Abrasives
3X Hook & Loop Sanding Discs cut faster, last longer
and remain cool! Created with a blend of ceramic alu-
mina and heat-treated aluminumoxide grain, bonded
with a resin fiber reinforced backing and coated with
an anti-clogging agent. A patented universal hole pat-
tern allows them to be used on any 5" random orbital
sander. The discs last longer due to the resin bonding
that secures the abrasive to the fiber reinforced back-
ing along with an anti-clog coating.

Mirka PSA Sticky Discs
Mirka’s Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) sticky
backed discs are made with a flexible backing which
makes these discs excellent for your work shop. The
stearate coating minimizes clogging, pilling and
loading of the sanding discs. The discs work on most
5”or 6”random orbital sanders and may be used free
hand as well. Recommended to be used for dry sand-
ing applications. Comes in package counts of 100
with perforated ends for easy separation.

With MicroMesh soft pad abrasive discs and your ran-
dom orbital sander, you can polish the finish on large
surfaces in half the time it would take using conven-
tional materials or abrasives. Start with one of the low-
er grits to remove dust nibs and smooth the surface of
the finish, then work up to higher grits until you reach
the desired level of sheen. The discs are available in 9
different grits that can be purchased in assortment
packs. The assortment packs include the following
grits: 1500, 1800, 2400, 3200, 3600, 4000, 6000, 8000,
& 12000. Assorted packs are available in 9 (1 of each
grit) or 18 (2 of each grit) packs.
Abranet Soft is a new type of sanding material that
was developed to minimize clogging. The foam layer
and open structure provide flexibility that allows the
material to follow contours. It is suitable for pre-pol-
ishing lacquered surfaces.
Hook & Loop Microstar has a stearate layer and a
smooth film backing. Produces a high quality finish
and lasts longer as it doesn’t clog like traditional prod-
ucts. Produces a fine scratch pattern that's easy to pol-
ish. Use with the interface pad
(notincluded,soldseparately).
