Pen Blanks
Create a one of a kind pen for any-
one who loves whiskey. Cut from
an original Jack Daniels’ charred
whiskey barrel that was used for
aging Old No. 7 whiskey. The bar-
rels housed the whiskey for 4 years
prior to being emptied. The bar-
rels are then shipped directly to
us and we remove the steel bands
and completely disassemble the
staves. Lastly we cut the staves into
standard pen blank size and they
are ready to be turned. Each Jack
Daniels pen blank comes with it's
very own certificate of authenticity. 2
blanks that measure approximately 1"
x 1" x 5" long are included in each pack.
A truly unique looking wood, African
Blackwood blanks appear to have a
dark purplish hue to them with a dark
brown to black grain. These blanks
posses excellent turning qualities since
it is a firm, heavy wood. Produces excel-
lent finish quality directly from your
turning tool. Ideal for pens, handles,
pool cues and more!
