The 12 piece long drum sanding set is perfect for
curved and detail sanding. The drums 2-pc. rubber
construction expands evenly to hold the abrasive
sleeves in place. The sleeves are quick to change. Four
1/4”shank drums are included in sizes of: 1/2”x 2”, 3/4”
x 2”, 1” x 2”, 1-1/2” x 2” along with a 50 grit & 120 grit
sleeve for each size. A replacement sleeve pack is also
available which includes: 1ea. of 80x, 120x and 150x

This sanding drum design eliminates the need to buy
replacement sanding sleeves for your drum sander.
Cut and fold any type of sheet sandpaper to the size
for the particular drumsize you’re using. A single sheet
of sandpaper and instructions are included with each
individual drum. Each drum sander may be purchased
separately or in a convenient set stored in an attractive
wooden box. The 4 pc drum sanding set includes: ¾”,
1”, 2”, and 3”diameter drums that are 3" in length.
Aluminum Oxide is used for sanding and finishing of
curved areas. Abrasive sleeves are used with abrasive
rubber expanding drums. High quality aluminum ox-
ide replacement sleeves for Oscillating Spindle Sand-
ers in a variety of sizes: 1" x 4½", 2" x 4½" and 3" x 4½".
Also available are assort. packs in which you receive 2
each of 80, 120 & 150 grits.

Drum Sanding Sleeves
Each of the 4 sanding drums in this kit are approxi-
mately 2½" long and are designed to expand once the
nut on the top of the drum is tightened.This keeps the
sandpaper sleeve in place for easy drum sanding on
countless woodworking projects. The sanding drums
and sandpaper sleeves all come in a convenient stor-
age / carrying case. The drums come in the following
sizes: ½" x 2½", ¾" x 2½", 1' x 2½", and 1½" x 2½". The
sanding kit includes 2 each 80 and 100 grit sanding
sleeves for every drum size
This 25 piece drum sanding kit offers the five most fre-
quently used drum sizes and extra sanding sleeves in
a plastic storage case. Includes: 5 drums in sizes of ½”
x ½”, ¾” x 1”, 1” x 1”, 1½” x 1½”, 1½”x 2½” are included.
The drum sanding kit also includes 20 sanding sleeves
(10 coarse / 10 fine). Four drums are a 1/4” shank, the
½”x½” is a 1⁄8” shank. A 15 pc replacement sleeve pack
is also available and it includes: 1ea. of 80x, 120x and

The 15 pc short drum sanding set turns your drill or
drill press into a mini spindle sander. Clean up marks
on contour cuts, smooth rough edges, or sand inside
drilled holes. The set contains four 1/4” shank drums,
3/4” x 1”, 1” x 1”, 1 ½” x 1½”, and 2” x 1½” and one 1/8”
shank drum 1/2” x 1/2” . One coarse (50 grit) and one
fine (120 grit) sleeve is included for each drum. A
replacement sleeve pack is also available which in-
cludes: 1ea. of 80x, 120x and 150x for each drum size,
for a total of 15 replacement sleeveless.

blade and with an improved tooth pattern to prevent
clogging, not minimize clogging. Requires very little
sanding after use (finish sanding only). Each shaper
creates small shavings instead of dust for a healthier

purchased separately. Drill Attachments measure 3.5”
total height with shaft, cutting blade fits 5/16”(.3125”)

The JBOS-5 Benchtop Spindle Sander has a 1/2HP
motor, and a large 14-1/2” tilting table. A heavy-duty
worm gear system provides one-inch oscillating ac-
tion, which prolongs sleeve life and helps prevent
burnishing of the workpiece. Oscillation gears run in
a sealed lubricated box to prolong their life and dura-
bility. Built-in 2" dust port keeps dust and debris out
of the air. Spindles have threaded ends for quick, easy
changes. Four inserts are provided, and 5 spindles
with sanding sleeves.
