lyzed modified urea dry powder prepared by sim-
ply adding water. Its ability to dry rock hard leaves
a rigid glue line that is sandable, and stainable. The
hard glue line also prevents “spring back” when
doing curved parts. Probably the most important
characteristic is PRO-GLUE veneer bond adhesives
formulation which contains no harmful alcohol
and less than 2% formaldehyde making it ideal for
use on projects such as government and school

Getting a perfect join between two sheets of veneer requires both sheets to stay ex-
actly where they are placed during the clamping process. Not as easy as it sounds.
Veneer splicing tape holds both sections together until the glue has dried for a
flawless result. 2-Hole Splicing Tape features a series of holes allowing the join to
remain visible underneath and these holes also allow the veneer glue to set with-
out retaining moisture on the surface of the veneer. To use, tear off the amount
required, moisten to activate the gum and apply to the veneer. This 3/4" wide tape
comes in a generous 650ft roll.

FastCap® Speed Roller
The veneer scraper is a simple tool used to assist in applying veneers and laminates
to a flat substrate surface. After the veneer or laminate has been applied to the
substrate with adhesive, start from the center of the veneer and work your way out
in the direction of the grain with the veneer scraper with firm smooth strokes. Do-
ing this produces a stronger contact with the substrate that most ordinary rollers
can’t duplicate.
