Simply drill a pilot hole into your bottle stopper wood block, then use the Ratcheting Drill tap to create a perfectly threaded hole. The set includes a 19/64" drill bit, a ratcheting reversible handle, and a centering tap to thread a 3/8" thread into your blank.
