Internal Spindle Adapter

Use this handy internal adapter to convert your 1" x 8tpi female accessory (i.e. lathe chuck) to an internal 3/4" x 16tpi female thread. Just screw in the adapter and you're ready to go.

The Savannah Lathe Spindle Adapter allows you to easily reduce your spindle size on your lathe for using different lathe accessories that have a smaller thread size. This adapter will reduce your 1-1/4" x 8 tpi lathe spindle size down to a 1" x 8 tpi thread size. The 1" x 8 tpi thread size is very common throughout the woodturning industry. The adapter has "flats" on both sides for tightening and loosening with a wrench (wrench NOT included). Extends the spindle over 1-1/2".
