Aluminum Hold Downs

The Hold Down Clamp slides in the T-Track and quickly secures with the turn of the knob. By turning the clamp head 180° to the work piece, the clamp offers a dual capacity of 0" to 2” on one side and 0” to 3” on the other side. Once the track is installed on your router table or drill press table, you can utilize these hold downs for maximum holding pressure.

#1145 - 1/4" Aluminum Hold Down:

• Used with Mini T-Track
• Uses 1/4" x 20 tpi Bolt & Knob

#1146 - 3/8" Aluminum Hold Down:

• Used with HD T-Track
• Uses 3/8" x 16 tpi Bolt & Knob

PVC Tipped Aluminum Hold Downs

These PVC Tipped Hold-Down Clamps feature non-marring PVC tips that are the perfect tool for working with softer woods, finished surfaces or for any stock that needs to kept in place. The PVC also gives you more gripping power when pressure is applied to your stock. This prevents slipping and walking of your wood especially when drilling on a drill press. Our PVC tipped hold downs come with a star knob and bolt and are available in the two most commonly used sizes of 1/4" x 20 and 3/8 x 16.

Cam Action Hold Down Clamp

Spending a lot of time tightening and loosening knobs on your jigs and fixtures? Our exclusive cam clamps will solve your problem and give you a quick release for all of your jigs and fixtures. Cam clamps come with a standard 3” long hex head bolt that works with our T-track, or you can swap it with a bolt from one of your own jigs. Each cam will exert up to 400 pounds, depending on how you set it.

Cam Action Hold Down Clamp

Finally, a quick release clamping system for jigs, fixtures and fences. Spending a lot of time tightening and loosening knobs on your jigs and fixtures? Or maybe your are constantly rotating knobs on your router table or drill press fences.

Features:

• Each cam will exert up to 400 pounds, depending on how you set it.
• Clamp body is made out of aluminum
• Measures approximately 1-1/2” long
• Standard 3” long hex head bolt that works with most standard sizes of t-track

Quick Release Clamping

Our exclusive cam clamps will solve your problem and provide you with a quick release clamping system for all of your jigs, fixtures and some fences that rely on a track system. Having a cam clamp on your router table fence makes is so much easier to make quick adjustments and quickly lock the fence in place.

Works With Most Standard Sizes of T-Track

The clamp body is made out of aluminum, measures approximately 1-1/2” long and each clamp has a standard 3” long hex head bolt that works with most standard sizes of t-track (depending on which size Cam Action Clamp you purchase). Be sure to get the correct size for your needs. Typically that means you should check to see what size slot or track you would like to use the clamps in.

The Cam Action Clamps are available in ¼” 5/16” and 3/8” hex head bolt sizes. Another nice feature of the Cam Action Clamps is that you can swap the bolts out for different situations. For instance, if you have a slot requiring a T-bolt, you can switch out the ¼” hex head bolt with a ¼” T-bolt. Each cam can exert up to 400 pounds of clamp pressure depending on how you set it.

T-Track Hold Down

These t-track hold down clamps are designed to work with our T-Track opening for either 3/8" or 1/4" sizes. The bottom of the clamp slides neatly into your t-track slot, and is adjustable to anywhere along the track. The clamp is fitted with a 2-3/8” brass foot for excellent holding power. The clamping capacity is approx. 2-1/8”. This package is available in packs of two in 1/4” or 3/8" sizes.

Mini Toggle T-Track Hold Down

This toggle is perfect solution for holding light duty stock in place along a fence. Simply attach to a T-slot track, move it into position and secure. the extra long bolt comes with the toggle allows you to secure your stock well below the top of your fence.The finger tighten nut allows you to position the toggle anywhere along your fence and easily secure. The mini T-Track Hold Down provides up to 35 lbs of holding pressure on your stock and has a rubber tip to prevent marring. The large 2" Bolt allows you to adjust vertically to compensate for different size stock.
