Workbench Caster Set

Move your workbench to any area in your shop with our 360° workbench casters. This set of 4 casters work by simply pushing down on the pedals to raise your workbench off the floor. Once elevated you can move your bench as desired, then lift up on the pedals to disengage and your workbench sits firmly on the floor. Each lift pedal is textured to provide extra grip. The 2-3/8" urethane casters are rated for 210 lbs of capacity, which means all four together give you a total weight capacity of 840 lbs. The Workbench Caster 4 Pack includes all of the mounting screws necessary for easy installation.

With these pin lock plates and a set of workbench casters (workbench casters sold separately) you can effortlessly move your machine to any location in your workshop or job site. When your work bench is ideally in place, simply remove the casters from the plates, thus ensuring that the casters are out of your way and not obstructing the placement of your workbench or equipment in tight spaces.

Pin Lock

With the workbench caster disengaged, a simple lift of the pin out from the plate makes removing the caster assembly easy. Once released, you can place the caster assembly on another piece of equipment or store away until needed.

The great thing about these plates is that you don't have to have the casters on your equipment all the time. Once your equipment is in place you can quickly remove your casters and have an obstruction free space between and around your equipment. No more accidentally kicking casters while you work!

Mounting Options

Two different mounting methods are possible with the quick release mounting plates. We have included wood screws to mount the plates to workbenches or flat sided wooden legs. Also included are extra long bolts with lock nuts to make attaching the plates to thicker workbench legs easier. The bolts can also be used to install the plates on tube steel and other flat metal surfaces found on light machinery

The bolts can be used to mount to thicker wooden legs on workbenches or tables and the bolts can also be used to mount the plates to flat sided metal machinery or cabinets.

The spring lock plates lock your workbench caster in using a simple spring loaded cam lock system where a simple lift of the spring lever releases the caster. The spring lever automatically locks your workbench caster in place once the caster is inserted all the way into the mounting plate.

Heavy Duty Casters

Easy rolling non-marring tires that won’t get flat spots during extended periods of non-movement. Wheels ride on ball bearings for long life and swivel turning.

Features:

Medium Duty Caster Wheels

The Medium duty casters have a load rating of 220 lbs per caster. Easy rolling, non-marring, polyurethane tires will not "flat spot" during long periods of remaining stationary. These provide a rock solid base to allow for smooth, easy mobility around the shop and garage. Great for mobile machinery, workbenches, tables and more. The casters can be purchased with a stationary or fixed plate or with a swivel plate. Double brake locks both wheel and swivel rotation with the touch of a toe. Locking casters allow for smooth, easy mobility around the shop, but quickly lock in place with a foot-activated lever when you want to anchor your stand. These caster are available in 3" and 4" sizes. Mounting Hardware is not included.

Medium Duty Caster Wheels Set of 4

Standard Duty Casters

Standard Duty Casters feature a soft gray rubber wheel molded to a polypropylene hub with an oil-less bearing.

Style A is a 3” fixed caster with a 2-1/2” x 2-3/4” mounting plate with a 155 lb. load bearing rating.

Style B is a swivel caster with a single wheel lock system and is rated for 155 lbs, and has a 2-1/2” square mounting plate.

Style C is a swivel caster with a double locking brake system (swivel & wheel) is rated for 255 lbs. with a 3/8” x 1” post for easy mounting.

Note: Mounting hardware not included.

3" Dual Locking Caster Set

Add mobility to your Kreg Universal Steel Stand or workbench with Kreg Heavy-Duty Casters. Retractable Caster Set - 4 Pack
for Open Based Saws

Mobilize your open base saws without changing the height of your saw. Mobile bases need to have the saw resting on the rails of the base in order to work. This raises the operating height of your saw. The Retractable Casters eliminate this issue by allowing you to raise and lower your saw by pressing the double cam lever with your foot. The swivel casters, once engaged, make moving your saw around your shop a breeze. When its time to work simply disengage the lower lever and ease the saw down to sit solidly on its own feet.
