10 Piece Brass Template Guide Bushing Set

This 10 piece Brass Template Guide Kit will significantly expand the use of your router. Ideal for stair routing, pattern and hinge routing, dovetailing, craft/hobby work and other general template operations. Universal design fits any router having a base plate with a 1-3/16"* dia. center hole.

Brass Inlay Kit

Cut perfect inlays with this Inlay Kit and your shop-made template. Simply slide on the bushing to rout the cutout and then remove the bushing to cut the perfectly matched inlay.

Features:

• 1 ea. 1/8" solid carbide spiral cutter
• 1 ea. Alignment pin.
• 1 ea. Bushing & Lock Ring
• Fits Porter Cable® routers and other routers with template guide adapters.

Inlay Templates

Inlays in your project can bring your finished piece to a whole new creative level. Made from tough shatter resistant PVC material for long life. Each template gives your router a stable, flat surface to run on, while your spiral bit and inlay bushing guide (not included) allow you to cut the inlay and recess with the same template. There are 12 different templates to choose from. Purchase them individually or in a complete 12 pc set. Don't forget to get your brass inlay kit, which comes with a 1/8” carbide spiral bit, bushing guide, and a centering pin.

This classic style inlay design (also known as Bow- Tie) works great for everything from decorative touches to your project to reinforcement of joints. Designed to work with our Brass inlay kit, these two template sets contain butterfly inlay templates of varying sizes. The large butterfly template has 3 inlay templates ranging in length from 3-5/32" to 4-3/4". The small butterfly template has 4 inlay templates ranging in length from 1-11/16" up to 2-1/2". Don't forget to get your brass inlay kit, which comes with a 1/8” carbide spiral bit, bushing, template guide, and a centering pin.
