Ron Browns Walnut Oil/Carnauba Wax /Shellac Woodturning Finish combines the good sealing properties of the High Build Friction Polish with the protection, shine and restorability of a micro aggregated carnauba wax topcoat. This is a friction polish that produces a hard, restorable finish. Applied to the spinning piece as a first finish or as a redressing application, the project buffs up with a great shine in one step.

Abrasive Paste for Wood

Yorkshire Grit is an abrasive paste formulated to give a fine-keyed surface to your turnings, prior to applying your finish of choice. The products contain a hand-blended mix of mineral oil, beeswax and abrasive powders that are carefully processed together without the use of solvents or other strong smelling and potentially harmful chemicals. The result is a creamy paste that acts like “liquid sandpaper” that reduces scratches left behind by lower grit dry sanding, and eliminating fine dust produced by higher grit sanding.

EEE-Ultra Shine Paste Wax

Use Ultra Shine as the last sanding step before applying your final finish (eg. Shellawax, Hut wax, etc.). You'll be amazed at the brilliant shine and superb blemish-free surface on your turning. Ultra Shine contains ultra fine abrasives (Tripoli powder) that will enhance a 240 grit sanding step to 1200 grit or more and enhances a 400 grit finish to 2000 grit! The higher grit abrasive you use before using Ultra Shine, the better your finish will be with no sanding marks.

Shellawax Cream

Applies smoothly and consistently on your work and provides a flawless non streaking finish on large and small turnings. Its creamy consistency makes it easy and safe to apply. Buffs to a rich deep durable shine on wood carvings or flat wood. Shellawax is a "friction polish" that dries almost instantly while applying on the lathe - produces a wonderfully brilliant shine in seconds. Non-toxic and water resistant when dry. Formulated from an exclusive combination of de waxed white shellac and a variety of fine finishing waxes.
