Easy Buff Pen Buffing Kit

Getting your finished acrylic and C/A finished pens to look there absolute at best can be challenging. With the Easy Buff Pen Buffing Kit you'll be able to achieve the perfect finish using the two wheel buffing system that attaches right to your lathe by way of a mandrel. The buffing wheels slide right on to a 7mm mandrel (not included) and are spaced apart using special spacer bushings. Once mounted, apply the blue compound (included with kit) to the Linen wheel and buff the pen part until the desired luster is reached. Finish the pen part off using the cotton wheel for a shine that is sure to look amazing.

Easy Buff™ Bowl Buffing Kits

Specially designed to work into the concave surfaces of bowls, Bowl Buffs are offered in several diameters for choosing a size best suited for your work. The buffs are available in three different Fabrics. Each buff works in conjunction with special wax compound. The buffs are generally used on a lathe, but can be also used on a standard motor or even a drill, The buffs mount to a lathe using a lathe adaptor (#7357 or #7358 Sold Separately). Mount to a Motor using the 3-1/2" Mounting Hub (#7350 Not Included). The Buffs may also Be Used on a drill or drill press with the the use of a bowl buff drill adaptor (#7355 Not Included)

Motor Mount

Mount The Wheel Buffs or the Bowl Buffs to any Standard Motor that uses a 5/8" or 1/2" arbor. The Easy Buff system allows you to easily attach both styles of buffs with an easy to secure mounting hub. The mounting hub simply slides over the motor arbor and is secured by 2 set screws with a hex key wrench. Then thread the wheel or bowl buff directly into the mounting hub and your ready to go.

Morse Tapered Lathe Mounts

Tapered Lathe Mount

The lathe adapter features a tapered end that slides right into the head stock of your lathe. It comes in an MT-1 or MT-2 version which covers most any style lathe. Once the lathe adapter is in the head stock, you then attach the mounting hub (Sold separately #7350 Above) and Secure with hex key wrench. Then thread the wheel or bowl buff directly into the mounting hub and your ready to start polishing your project.

Bowl Buff Drill Mandrel

Drill or Drill Press Mount

Another great feature of the Easy Buff System is that you don't need a large machine to use the system. If all you have at home is a power drill, then your in luck. By securing the Bowl Buff Drill Mandrel in the chuck, you can now thread the Bowl Buff right onto your drill. Typically, the wheels are not used in this fashion, however they may be used on a drill press with the bowl Buff Drill Mandrel.

8" Direct Lathe Mount

Direct Lathe Mount

The 8" Direct Lathe Mount does not need any other accessories to attach your wheel or bowl buff to a lathe. It is machined with a 1" x 8 tpi lathe head stock. This mount is also 8" in length which gives added work space when buffing larger turning projects. It's the perfect add-on for anyone that consistently does larger turnings.
