This set has all the components to get you started making quick and simple dowel joints. The Fulton Doweling Jig are perfect for wood workers who want a quick, strong joint without a lot of the annoying process. Many dowel jigs make you mark on the inside edge of the joint, which means you have to transfer marks from the face of your stock to the edge, or even measure and mark with a tape measure. These dowel jigs are transparent, which means layout is much easier. Set the two pieces of stock together and mark a line across the center point of your center joint. the see thru reference lines allows you to line up the jig perfectly. Clamp the jig in place and drill.

JointMaster™

A compact and versatile doweling jig that allows woodworkers to create any dowel joint quickly and accurately. It has two retractable edge stops to quickly line up boards. The self clamping design allows for easy setup. The JointMaster™ comes with three drill blocks and is capable of creating joints using the most common dowel pin sizes- 1/4", 5/16” and 3/8”. Each hardened steel drill block is adjustable to accept and align centered dowel holes on boards from 1/2” up to 3”. Built-in scales help to align and center your dowels. The convenient centering marks make sure your holes are where you want them. If you’re using standard 1/2”, 5/8”, 3/4, or 1-1/2” boards, three included Spacer Blocks will automatically align the drill blocks and help you select the appropriate dowel size.

JointMaster Doweling Jig:

• A sturdy all-metal body is configurable for edge, corner, and surface joints
• Durable all-aluminum construction won’t flex or bend
• Self-clamping jig securely holds the workpiece in place

Interchangeable Bushing Blocks:

• Hardened steel bushings provide long-lasting, accurate dowel hole drilling

Built-In Edge Stops

To help eliminate alignment issues, the JointMaster™ has built-in edge stops. Simply lower, tighten, and rest your boards against them to ensure both boards have their dowel holes in the same position for a solid joint. When creating surface joints, the three dowel alignment slots help you transfer the edge dowel position to the face of your board with ease.

No Additional Clamps are Needed

The self-clamping design of the JointMaster™ means no additional clamps are needed to complete your project. The clamp can be moved from the main body to the clamping wall to create different joints. If required, the clamp body can be removed entirely based on your project needs and your own clamping solution can be used.

Edge Stops and Spacer Blocks:

• Retractable edge stops automatically align boards to position dowel pins in the same location.
• Included spacer blocks align the drill guides with the center of your board
