Create jigs and shop fixtures with the incredibly versatile MATCHFIT System. Dovetail Clamps and Dovetail Hardware move through the tracks below the surface, allowing you to create a variety of jigs that move freely, and tighten down anywhere you can route a groove. Create your own fences, stops, hold-downs, and assembly fixtures in a snap. The X-PAD is an upgrade for MATCHFIT Dovetail Clamps that allows you to clamp in two directions at once—achieving in-line clamping with unrestricted clamp positioning. Use the v-groove to clamp round stock with incredible ease. Simply slide the X-PAD fully over the round cap of a MATCHFIT Dovetail Clamp to add a whole new level of functionality. Compatible with the MATCHFIT Dovetail router bit, available in ½", 8mm, and 12mm shanks.

MATCHFIT Dovetail Ratchet Clamp AP

Most clamp arms are free to fall down when released forcing you to reset them every time you secure them, but not Microjig’s Ratchet Clamp. Our exclusive “Anti-Pivot” AP Spring holds the arm where you set it. Now you can release the pressure, move your stock, and reclamp without needing to adjust the arm, upside down or right side up. The ratchet mechanism is fast acting; just adjust the arm so the pad in on the stock and pull the handle to set the hold. Every click increases the pressure. Then instantly open the clamp by pressing the release button. The long ratchet handle provides superior leverage making them easy to use for everyone even those with hand grip issues. The positive lock of the ratchet mechanism resists loosening even under heavy vibration such as grinding or routing.

Work Faster with a Clamp Arm That Won't Drop

Microjig’s exclusive Anti-Pivot coil spring lightly holds the arm so it stays where you set it. Right side up or upside down, just release the pressure, change parts or position and pull the ratchet lever to reset the clamp. Fast and easy. The MatchFit Dovetail Ratchet Clamp AP not only works with MatchFit Dovetail Tracks but also any standard 12mm x 8mm T-slot/T-track. Does not work with DeWalt track saw guide rails.
