5" Deros Vacuum Ready Sander with Case

Mirka DEROS 550X CV direct electric random orbital sander has a 125 mm (5”) pad and a 5.0 mm oscillation. The mains voltage is 100V - 120V and sold in the North American market only. Mirka DEROS 550X CV is suitable for general sanding purposes on almost all kind of surfaces and particularly for smaller areas because of the 125 mm (5”) pad. Its performance is comparable to a conventional 500W electric machine and that ensures it maintains a constant speed even under heavy load. The unique symmetrical design makes it just as comfortable whether it’s being used in the left hand or the right hand and the longer body provides the option of a two-hand grip. Mirka DEROS 550X CV is equipped with a new type of backing pad, which has a central air inlet. This results in improved air flow and helps extract dust away from the centre of the tool even faster. Mirka DEROS 550X CV is delivered in a high quality plastic case.

Pad Protector

Soft Sanding Pad

Mirka's backup pads are manufactured using a top quality molded polymer construction. Each pad is balanced to eliminate vibration and provide superior finishing. 5-Inch and 6-Inch pads have a maximum operating speed of 12,000 RPM. The grip face has durable nylon hooks for use with vacuum hole patterns as well as Abranet multi-hole patterns.
