Each contour grip is clearly marked with the corresponding profile size. This makes the decision making process quick and easy. These grips are also just flexible enough so that they can be used on there sides as well. This gives you the "flexibility" for sanding broader curves.

Angled Contour Sanding Grip 5 PC Set

Easily sand inside corners on your large or small projects. Ideal for v-groove profiles, bead corners, v-shaped flutes, sign lettering and numbers and many other decorative accents. Sanding inside angles can certainly be a challenge. Especially when those angles are small, tight or hard to reach. Our Angled Contour Grip sanding pads change the angle sanding game by providing you the ability to sand inside angles without flattening or smoothing the crispness of your original profile. Not only does this set contain inside angle profile pads, there are 1/8" and ¼" round overs, various non specific round over profile and of course the flat sanding grip to sand general shapes and objects. Each of the grips have two working ends with each end connected by a flexible section that makes the grip even more ergonomic and easy to handle. The material we chose is firm for the purposes of sanding but forgiving enough to adapt to slight variations in your project. The texture of each grip is designed to help keep the sand paper from slipping which also happens to help reduce the desire to squeeze the paper which reduce hand fatigue.

Soft Sander™ Kit

Soft-Sanders have been designed to sand almost any shape encountered in automotive, home improvement, marine and woodworking applications. Designed to use adhesive-backed sandpaper, they work great with non-adhesive wet or dry sandpaper. The blocks virtually eliminate gouging; are super lightweight, offering zero fatigue; glide over varying surface levels; and are resistant to most solvents. Tapered edges of blocks allow you to sand up to and underneath those hard-to-reach areas.

Starting with the lowest grit of 1500 all the way up to 12000 grit this abrasive pad pack is sure the leave your project just the way you want it. This pack works extremely well when working with CA finishes leaving your work looking like it was done by a professional! When using the pads it is recommended that start at the lower grit of 1500 and step or cycle your way up to the high grit of 12000. The more you get into to woodturning the more the reality of being organized comes into play. This couldn't be more true than when it comes to our abrasives. This unique dispenser accepts 2" x 2" Micro-Mesh abrasive pads

Specifically designed for the Micro-Mesh 2" x 2" 9 pack of abrasives, this dispenser has color coded grit chart to help keep your pads in order. This works wonderfully well when step sanding your finished turning project. Simply cycle your way through the grits by pulling the next grit from the dispenser and placing the used one back on top. The dispenser is made from corrosion resistant galvanized steel which also makes it extra durable for the workshop environment. It can be mounted flat against a wall or it can be mounted to a table top. Of course you don't have to mount it at all.

Simply pull out the grit you need, use it on your project and place it back on to the top of the stack once you're done. Then, pull out the next grit and repeat the process until you cycle through all the grits. Doing this produces a magnificent finish!

Color Coded Grit Chart

Specifically designed for the Micro-Mesh 2" x 2" 9 pack of abrasives, this dispenser has color coded grit chart to help keep your pads in order. This works wonderfully well when step sanding your finished turning project. Simply cycle your way through the grits by pulling the next grit from the dispenser and placing the used one back on top. The dispenser is made from corrosion resistant galvanized steel which also makes it extra durable for the workshop environment

The dispenser measures 6" tall, 3¼" wide (at base tabs), 2-7/16" wide (actual abrasive holder) by 1½" deep. Works great on surfaces that include stabilized woods, acrylics & solid surface materials. The kit includes nine 2" x 2" color coded foam backed abrasive pads ranging from 1500 to 12000 grit plus detailed instructions. Long lasting and easy to use.

Color Coded Pads with Many Uses

Ideal for use with acrylics, plastics, resin or impregnated blanks when turning. Works great on automotive and marine body work. The pads can also be used around the home for fine repair work. Pads are colored coded with foam backing for easy grit identification. Colors may vary from images shown here.
