Each device in this kit is intentionally made in the SAFETY ORANGE color for high visibility when in use. This provides the user the ability to see exactly there hands are at during the cutting or milling process. Being SAFETY ORANGE also allows for you to easily find the device when its not in its normal location.

Why pay more?

• Soft, receptive, rubber foam pads line the bases of the two small push blocks and the large push block. The rubber soles make pushing and controlling your stock much easier and safer then when doing it by hand. The soles are also washable with with warm water. Must let the rubber soles dry for 24 hours prior to using them again.
• The 5 piece safety kit includes 2 each small push blocks (1 angled handle and 1 offset handle small push block), 1 each long or large push block, 1 each standard width push stick and 1 narrow width safety-v push stick.

The push blocks are generally used on jointers and some router applications, while the push sticks are primarily used on table saw projects. Each device in this set is made from a super durable polymer plastic to stand up to everyday use. They are almost indestructible! Each of the blocks with foam pads are designed to grip the material. If they become built up with dust and debris, clean them with warm soapy water and let them dry for at least 24 hours before using them again.

Works on Router Tables, Table Saws and Band Saws!

We have equipped this feather board with two different sets of mounting hardware. Depending on your needs for the feather board, you can either mount it vertically or horizontally. It comes with two expandable metal miter bars so the feather board can be secured to a standard 3/4" wide by 3/8" deep miter slots like those found on most woodworking machinery. The unit also comes with t-bolts for mounting or securing the feather board to 1/4" t-track slots like those found on some router tabletops and router table fences. These mounting options make this feather board super versatile and a must for any workshop!

Push blocks are an essential part of workshop safety. Whenever we need to push stock through on router tables, band saws, jointers, shapers and in some cases table saws, it is always a good idea to keep our fingers away from the blade or cutter. This push block has been designed with exactly that in mind. The block is made from a heavy polyethylene plastic that absorbs any sort of shock. It won't crack or shatter if dropped and it won't crack or shatter if it comes into contact with a blade or cutter. This makes the push block the perfect safety accessory for any work shop environment.

Not Even Fair to Compare...

Foam push blocks have always kind of worked. Sure, with a lot of pressure you can get them to grip, but when you need them to grip it can be a crap shoot especially if the foam is old and dirty. The Gator Grip Push Blocks have superior gripping power in comparison and they last much longer and won't dry rot like most foam push blocks do. The blue pads are also very easy to clean with warm running water and a dry cloth. Always let the pad completely dry before using.

One of the most common uses for push blocks is to help feed stock through a jointer. Heck, many jointer machine manufacturers send old school style push blocks with the jointer itself. The MJ Deflector/Connector (D/C) is designed to enhance the user experience of the GRR-Ripper® System. The D/C can be used for chip/dust deflection.
