Easily cut flat bottom dadoes, slots, grooves, rabbets and more with the 8” Stacked Dado Pro. This set works with hardwoods, softwoods, and even veneered plywood. The Fulton™ 8” Stacked Dado Pro set must be used with a table saw (contractor or cabinet style) or radial arm saw with at least a 1½ HP motor. The set includes: 2 each 12 tooth Saw blades, 4 each 1/8” chippers, 1 each 1/16” chipper, and 1 each 3/32” chipper (for undersize plywood). The Fulton Dado Set also includes 8 dado shims: 2 each .005” shims, 2 each .015” shims, 2 each .010” shims and 2 each .020” shims.
Box joints are easy to construct, look great and when cut and assembled correctly are as strong a joint as any you can cut. The Fulton Box Joint Cutters do one thing and one thing only – they cut perfectly flat box joints on your table saw. You have two size joints that you can cut, either 3/8” or 1/4”. The slot width is determined by the way that you arrange the blades.
You start with a shop made jig, which attaches to your Miter Gauge. You attach a flat fence (one for each size box joint – so you will need two jigs).
