The hose is also capable of being used as your main line in your dust collection system or as a simple branch off . You can add splices, Y’s, T’s, elbows, or any fitting that you need, in order to achieve your perfect shop dust collection system.

Heavy duty PVC hose is a very durable and flexible hose that is perfect for the work shop. The PVC hose is wrapped around a steel wire that can be easily grounded. A tight bending radius allows you to maneuver the hose anywhere in your shop, without worrying about kinks. This heavy duty PVC hose won’t collapse under pressure from your dust
collector and the hose is clear so you can see directly inside to spot any kind of obstruction.

system safer by grounding your lines
to prevent static. The kit includes 50 feet
of braided 14 gauge copper wire, grounding screws, wire
nuts and terminal ends for a complete and easy installation process.

Use a hose hanger to run your dust collection hose line throughout your shop. They fasten to just about any spot
on your wall or ceiling simply by driving screws through the flaps on the ends of the hangers. (screws not included).

There is no need for a flat head screw
driver with these hose clamps. The thumbscrew feature makes it easy to secure these clamps to your hose and
fittings. Simply loosen clamp by turning counter clockwise, place around your hose, and then, place hose on fitting
and secure.

Wire hose clamps work much in the same way as the steel hose clamps. The difference being they grab around the
grooves of the hose to form secure grip around the fitting or port hole. They secure down with a screw driver or a socket.

Hose clamps are a simple but necessary accessory for all dust collections systems. Expand the clamp to a large enough size to fit around the hose, then place hose onto the particular fitting then secure with a screw driver or socket.
